 Michael C. Koffler, Chairman and CEO, MetSchools, Inc. Mr. Koffler has been involved in all aspects of the N - 12 school business for the last 26 years. He built and acquired over 60 schools, our first, Sunshine Developmental School, was founded in 1985. In 1998, looking to concentrate MetSchools' operations geographically, Mr. Koffler sold the Phoenix Preschool Education Center unit, which operated 40 preschool centers in Florida, North Carolina and Georgia and employed 800 people. MetSchools employs over 780 people in 20 locations. Mr. Koffler ran a New York State licensed life and health insurance brokerage, and earned CLU and Ch FC designations. Mr. Koffler holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from SUNY Buffalo. He is a former Board of Trustees member of Saint Francis College and is past Chairman of the Young President's Organization Metro New York Chapter, Mr. Koffler has also endowed the Michael C. Koffler Professorship of Autism at Pace University. Mr. Koffler is also a past board member of Futures in Education Foundation of the RC Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens.
He is a past finalist in Ernest & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year. He is also the Chairman of World President's organization (WPO) Big Apple chapter.
 Kevin McCarthy, Chief Financial Officer, MetSchools, Inc.
Mr. McCarthy has served as the CFO of MetSchools since January, 2007. He is an experienced Senior Executive and has been the CFO of three different education companies. He has multi-industry background, international experience, and has worked in both for-profit and not-for-profit businesses. Mr. McCarthy holds an MBA from NYU and a BS Chemical Engineering from Columbia University.
 Daniel Koffler, President, REBA Schools; Director of Business Development, MetSchools, Inc.
Mr. Koffler joined MetSchools in 2000. He has been a marketing and sales executive since 2000. He has been a part time marketing and sales executive since 2000.
Currently, Daniel's focus is on the special needs practice within MetSchools, which operates under the banner REBA Schools, and includes Rebecca School and Aaron School, both located in New York City. Additional responsibilities include the design and implementation of marketing and branding efforts for our larger portfolio of programs.
He is a member of Young Presidents Organization and holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from George Washington University.

Mr. Koffler joined MetSchools in 2000 and has worked in a variety of positions supporting our program. His current responsibilities include management of all logistical/operational aspects of MetSchools, including building operations and facility improvements, order processing and procurement, legal compliance, and technology systems. He is a member of Young Presidents Organization and holds a BS in Business Administration from George Washington University. He has studied at the London School of Economics, and received his JD from New York Law School. He is currently working on a Masters Degree focusing on Information Management Systems from Harvard University.
 Matt Yeater, HR and Payroll Manager, MetSchools, Inc.
Mr. Yeater joined MetSchools in August of 2008. Since then he has been a part of multiple process improvement initiatives, as well as strategic planning. He over sees all aspects of Human Resources including benefits, payroll, and employee relations. He acts as the liaison between MetSchools and its entities regarding communications and work flow. Matt is originally from Ohio, and graduated from the University of Akron with a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources, as well as a Minor in Management Information Systems.
